kayla here ! back from the g-dubs, ive missed all of you fellow tumblrs and from here on i promise to try to tumble regularly, especially since i’m miles away from the QU4D. speaking of which this is a shoutout to all my girls. Neysha, Syd, and Dana. love you all to death <3 anyways, since im home for the weekend ill be participating in my usual events. catch me at the beeees getting my pregame on then macs to have some celebretory drinks. love you alllllll catch you out this weekend hopefully :)

the truth of the matter is that im scared/nervous for whats to come. Im not too sure how I will be able to cope when the time is finally here for me to pack up my bags and say good-bye to buffalo. For so many years, all I’ve wanted was to get out of this town and start somewhere fresh in a new town with new faces. But now that the opportunity is approaching, im starting to realize that what I got here isn’t all that bad. A new town means leaving my family and friends, and leaving behind all of what I have known for these past eighteen years of my life. Where else can you go where there is everything at your disposable. If you haven’t noticed by this post of mine but the reality of me leaving is just finally starting to set in… well here is to the hope that this new school provides me with great new experiences for it’s going to take a lot to take my mind off all of the great people in my life that I am going to have to leave behind.
fact: i would give anything, to know the whereabouts of my favorite necklace… :(
childhood days…
so a simple conversation about pogs led me to reminiscing about my childhood and all the things that I used to to like…
- watching tv shows such as full house, fresh prince of bel-air, alex mac, clarissa explains it all, all-that, DOUG and soo many more…
- thinking high school was exactly how it was depicted in saved by the bell
- wearing slap bracelets
- having a gigapet and thinking it was actually preparing me for a REAL pet
- writing M.A.S.H notes with the belief they foretold the future
- getting creeped out by “Are you Afraid if the Dark”
- collecting beanie babies
- wishing i could one day be on legends of the hidden temple
- thinking it was cool to wear light up sneakers
- writing everything and anything with gel-pens
- carrying my gameboy color everywhere
the list goes on and on…those were the good ol’ days
Let’s see in about FOUR DAYS, i will be in ocean city with some of my bestfriends! so i guess you could say im extremely pumped. the trip will be amazing because these girls are soo much fun and always up for anything. Dear, Sydney Brown, Raena Koeppel, Collen Lane and Neysha Harrell, get ready because OCEAN CITYYY MARYLAND here we commmmeeee. :) :)
